Terms of service

The service

Quickbase MCP lets you query Quickbase from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and, if your company enables it, prepare changes in Quickbase. Each change is applied as your company administrator configures: with a person’s approval in the dashboard or, if they so decide, directly. Deleting records always requires approval. Only people from a customer company, invited or approved by its administrator, may use it.

Your account and permissions

• Every query uses your own Quickbase permissions; the service never gives you access to anything you don’t already have.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your access. If you suspect misuse, revoke access and let us know.
• Your company can suspend or remove your access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access information without authorization, bypass permissions, interfere with its operation, or break the law or the terms of Quickbase and of the assistant you use.

AI-generated answers

Answers are written by the assistant you chose and may contain errors. Review them before making decisions or approving a change. No change is applied in Quickbase without the approval your company has configured.

Pricing, trial and payments

• Price: USD 25 per active user per month, no minimum. An active user is anyone with at least one successful query in the last 30 days. Applicable taxes are added to the price.
• Trial: 30 days free, no card, for up to 5 users. When it ends, the administrator activates the subscription or the company is suspended.
• Payments: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all subscriptions, which also handles billing inquiries and returns. When you pay, you also accept Paddle’s buyer terms.
• Renewal and cancellation: the subscription renews monthly and its quantity follows the number of active users. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by writing to aarrea@smartstrategyapps.com; it stays active until the end of the paid period and there are no further charges. See the refund policy.

Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but it may have interruptions and is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Strategy S.A. is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss caused by third parties, by the assistant or by Quickbase. Your company’s contract with us prevails over these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute is resolved by arbitration in San José. Questions: aarrea@smartstrategyapps.com.
