How cancellations and refunds work for Quickbase MCP, the service from Smart Strategy S.A..

Free trial
The first 30 days are free and need no card, so there is nothing to refund during the trial.
Full refund within 14 days
If you are not satisfied, we refund the full first charge of your subscription when you ask within 14 days of that charge.
After 14 days
The subscription is monthly: you can cancel at any time and it stays active until the end of the paid month, with no further charges. We do not give partial refunds for a month already started, except for a duplicate charge or an error on our side, which are refunded in full.
How to ask
Write to aarrea@smartstrategyapps.com with the administrator’s email and the receipt, or reply to the Paddle receipt. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com (the Merchant of Record), which refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You can also request it at paddle.net.
